Lowes Complaint
Great in-store product help. Miserable post sale support and delivery - We understand the Lowes delivery services are handled by XPO.
My wife took the morning off and I cancelled some more AM appointments. When no-one showed up on Wednesday at 9:30 as previously agreed, I called the driver whose cell phone I had. Driver said that the fridge was put on another truck and they would call us to coordinate delivery. We called the store and they confirmed that the fridge was back at the store but had no information about delivery. It is now 10:30 AM on the 31st and we have had no updates despite my wife having spoken to several nice folks at the store. We have to leave for a doctors appointment in a few minutes so it looks like day three is also going to be a bust.
VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING
