    Purchased top selling lawn mower and chain saw from Lowes in 2013. Went back in Spring of 2014 [MARCH Wanted to buy a new mowing blade for mower.     So I go in to buy a pair of electric hedge clippers, a cheap bow saw and an extension cord. It's that time of year, right?   • Lowes - installers damaged house, machines and didn't install properly.



    I purchased top of the line front load LG washer and dryer with next day delivery. I was told the machines would arrive between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. the next day. After waiting around they didn't arrive until 7:00 p.m. Three hours later, my brand new wood floors and freshly painted walls were damaged.     Just installed a pella Thermastar series 20 replacement window. I have bought and used replacement windows in the past. This by far is the cheapest lowest quality window I have ever seen. It came with on window retractor disconnected and 2 of the 4 caps in the spring loaded screen holders broke off on fist use.     Trying to buy some stain in the Lowes paint dept. Had 3 sales people and the one that tried to help me did not know anything about stain. He tried to get the other two to help but no success.     I have had the worse experience at the Lowes store in seekonk mass. I would never recommend ever having anything installed by them. The shower I had installed last year was leaking and causing damage to my wall. Not to mention the inital install job was a disaster. It took forever to get fixed and still isnt done.
