    I called the store to check on a price for a gas range install and was told it was covered in the cost. When I went in it turns out it costs $150. The sales rep was not very empathetic and the assistant store manager was worse. Ron was awful! He kept say "sorry, what do you want me to do?"     On 10/11/14 I went to Lowes.com and found Kellogg shade soil at the Anaheim Ca. store. Website said it was available at the store.     On 6/7 I ordered shades at the Brooklyn Lowes, paid entire amount for $742 tax that day. Home delivery was scheduled for 6/19.     I purchased Lowe's Restore Deck and Concrete Paint and applied as directed. They should warn you that this makes a very hot surface in the Florida sun. If you have dogs or want to walk on your deck, steer clear of the product. Bare wood is much more friendly, so I would suggest you just place a new coast of sealer on it.     We are a busy family with 4 children at home and a professional dad who works many hours.     Our experience with the carpet sales and installation with the Everett, WA Lowes was extremely disappointing and frustrating.     I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get a storm and screen doors for my house, we went to the Lowes's on Bobby Jones Expressway in Augusta, GA.     I went into lowes today want to buy two nightstand lamps. The one I wanted only had one in stock and one on display. I called on Rudy who was nearby to help.   • Lowe's Engaged in Deceptive Business Practice



    Last week, I went to Lowe's appliance department and tried to purchase a GE Cooktop. The sales person matched the price with competitor and agreed to give an additional $80 rebate.I tried to pay at that moment but she told me not to pay $35 for the measurement; printed out a four page document; wrote by hand the agreed upon price which was $1099 plus a $80 rebate.     I highly recommend you do not call Lowes for a Fence installation. They did not show up at the scheduled appointment after I had to make arrangements to be home and not at work that day.     Just installed a pella Thermastar series 20 replacement window. I have bought and used replacement windows in the past. This by far is the cheapest lowest quality window I have ever seen. It came with on window retractor disconnected and 2 of the 4 caps in the spring loaded screen holders broke off on fist use.     Trying to buy some stain in the Lowes paint dept. Had 3 sales people and the one that tried to help me did not know anything about stain. He tried to get the other two to help but no success.     We paid for a hot water heater and installation from Lowes in Peoria, Illinois.     Overall, I have no preference for Home Depot/Lowe's, but Lowe's is closer and tends to have higher end products.
