  • Delays in Kobalt Tool delivery (ordered online)

    On July 7, I ordered online a Kobalt 80v Max hedge trimmer. I had to PAY ONLINE to order. Delivery to store was supposed to be July 17. On July 17, store called and told me it would be July 29. I checked July 29, and was told that it was to have been MANUFACTURED by July 29 and I would have it by August 4. It is August 4.   • unfair treatment

    I work at the Brewer Maine Lowes as a Driver.They are so hard to work for very high stress and pressure.God for bid if you take a lunch in an 8hr work day driving.They yell at you and threaten you for being to slow if you take a lunch or break.My supervisor always discriminates against only me for being slow because I take a break.When we end our day we are supose to fill out a form and lie about taking a lunch or get yelled at.I always show up for work and never call in sick and still can't win uhg!   • Samsung washer repair

    I have 4 children at home, a husband who works many hours as a professional and I have severe rheumatoid arthritis/ankylosing spodylitis (RA of the spine). We have a top load large capacity Samsung washer under extended warranty until November 2014 bought here in Dothan, Alabama. Called for service and sent someone from Alabama power here 5 business days later (1 week no washer). He was really good but they did not stock the circuit board.   • Door Installantion

    I have experienced a very poor installation job on doors I would like assistance in resolving this its been going on for months. The wrong size doors were ordered and foreced to fit the door jam cracked and modified to fit with the use of 1x6's. All Lowes wants to do is finish the job and charge me for the labor.   • Warranty Complaint - Maytage Washer

    I purchased a brand new Maytag Washer and Dryer in November 2010, I purchased the 4 yr warranty with it. The washer broke Dec. 4th, 2012. I called and they sent a service man out. He said it was not fixable that it was the mother board and it was not cost effective to fix. I spoke with the warranty department and they said they were going to reimburse me for the washer, they gave me a return authorization number as well.   • Kobalt air compressor

    First an internal rubber pressure hose actually rotted off, now the aluminium manifold also inside the compressor has a hairline crack and another leak in the tool. I am exasperated with Kobalt!!!! I think the manifold part which shipped to me will cost $80 ought to be sent to me FOC considering the quality of the part.   • Defective Carpet

    Purchased $5,000+ worth of Mohawk Cheyenne carpet from Lowes in Cary, NC. Watsons Flooring did the install for them - did poor job - bad seams and damage to walls/baseboard. Also turns out carpet contained factory defect - a large line running entire length of roll. So now every room in our new home has this terrible scar. Have spent last month trying to get this fixed but Lowes is dragging their feet and doesn't seem interested having a satisfied customer.   • Horrible Customer Service

    Went to Lowe's #1630 in Littleton, CO around 5:00 pm on a Sunday. No one in the store (customer wise); not a busy time. I had questinos about a Rotary Sander, so I waited next to the Rotary Sander's for about 10 minutes. I made eye contact with no less than 5 employees, none of whom bothered to ask if I needed any assistance.   • Need Follow Up on Claim Status

    My refrigerator was not functioning and Lowe's Extended Warranty sent someone to service it on 07/21/11. The service man said he noted the problem and I would be hearing back from Lowes regarding their assessment since they could not repair it. Four days passed and I had yet to hear from Lowes.     I purchased a new Frigidaire dishwasher from Lowes, San Marcos, CA in August 2008….I also purchased the 4 year extended warranty.   • Lowes ruined floor upon delivery review

    I purchased a Kolbalt air compressor about one year ago. It will no longer pump air. The display works but nothing else.   • Lowes Vinyl Fence/Gates/Installation

    In July of 2008 we purchased vinyl fencing and gates to surround and protect our in ground swimming pool. The gates failed within a few months (Broke apart) and the installer returned and glued them back together.     There is an art to customer service and the "manager" I spoke to at Lowes did not practice it. I purchased a Troy-Bilt mower last year. I had first expressed my concern about buying a mower from a board and paint store.     I recently purchased a dishwasher from Lowes. The day before it was to delivered, I asked the sales person, Chanya Srey at Lowes in Hawthorne (ID 1144433), if I could change my order to include installation as I no longer had time to do it myself. She was very accommodating and was not put off by the fact that the first installation company could not handle the job; she called yet another and got them to carefully check their schedule.   • Lowes parking lot

    I parked my car around 7 o'clock in the morning and i came back to pick up my car back around 1 o'clock in afternoon. however my car was gone. I tried to look for the notice sticker or signs around the parking lot. but i could not find any signs of my car. therefore I went inside to the lowes and asked about the car.
