    On 8/16/07 I paid $1920.59 for Lowe's to professionally install my new kitchen countertops. They came out and measured my kitchen and then after I picked out a design; Lowe's installers put the countertops in. However they didn't install it correctly and I am furious about this. I've always noticed that one end of the countertop is bowed and looks terrible but didn't know the reason why ..     Morning Buddy, Last time we spoke, after my window installation debacle we parted with an open invitation to let you know if there was ever anything you could help me with. I just left your store roughly 45 minutes ago, I was given a De Walt Cordless Drill Set as a gift for Christmas which I did not need.   • Lowe's Poor Customer Service for installation of flooring



    On 10/29/14, I made arrangements with Lowe's in Shawnee, Kansas to install laminated tile and carpeting in my home. I had to pay upfront and was told I would be contacted after materials were delivered on 11/11/14. Did not hear a thing so called them around 11/17/14. I had to call 3 different days and started over each time with a new sales clerk. The installer (JJ) received the carpeting about 11/1/14 and failed to log it in saying it was not written up correctly. They could not schedule an installation until 12/5/14.   • Lowe's in Evans, Ga. worthless employees



    Our plumber gave us a supply list to get before he can work on our bathroom. My husband took the list to a Lowe's in Evans, Ga. and after waiting 10 minutes for an obnoxious customer service employee to help him, she finally shuffled over to him. He explained what he needed. Taking her time, she called another housewife employee who couldn't help, and they told him to wait in the plumbing department. He waited 30 min. No one came.   • Wider range of products than Home Depot



    We always had pretty good experience in Lowe's in Mount Olive, NJ. While we shop more often at Home Depot because it's much closer and it's not worth going twice the distance for the box of nails or bag of insulation, Lowe's definitely has a better selection of certain decorative products (bath, kitchen, lighting) than Home Depot.   • Lowe's would not honor sale price



    Like a lot of people, I receive periodic e-mails from Lowe's advertizing various products and sales. On Sunday or Monday (10/27 or 10/28/13), I received an e-mail advertizing a Rubbermaid shed for $197.00, a savings of $100.00 off the regular price. I went to my local Lowe's store (Haines City, FL) and tried to purchase one of these sheds. At the register I was told it wasn't on sale and was advised in order to get the sale price, I had to produce a copy of the e-mail to prove I wasn't making up the price.   • No delivery, no response



    Ordered appliance online on the 1st, delivery was confirmed by purchase email for the 15th. No one called or arrived on or before the 15th. I called and they said it was postponed to the 17th. No call or delivery on the 17th. Called again, now they didn't know when it would come in as the delay was with the manufacturer, Whirlpool.   • Danville Ky Lowe's Managers



    We had a big problem with a lawn mower that we bought at Lowe's and three lawn mowers later and five months later they returned our money! Their policy is 1 month but they took care of us! If they hadn't we would have lost $2400. Plus to top it all of they were very understanding as my husband was so upset he was not the nicest and they could have just told him to leave but still listened to him even after asking him to calm down!     I purchased a refrigerator from Lowes.com this past Wednesday, April 3rd with an estimated delivery date of today, April 6th. Shortly after making the purchase, I received a phone call from a woman from Lowes stating that she accidentally refunded my card for the price of the refrigerator rather than charging me for it and she needed my credit card number to put the order through again.   • Broken ice maker and other parts



    Starting at the beginning, my house burnt down. We went to Lowe's for all our interior. Within the last three years, I have one ceiling fan that doesn't work, lifetime manufacturer warranty, cannot get it repaired! 3 broken shower heads (they only seem to last about 2 months), so we bought them somewhere else (no problems).     After a horrible experience with Sears where I tried to purchase a dishwasher. I decided to try Lowe's. I did my research and the Lowe's Credit center was extremely competent making sure I had enough credit approved for my purchase.     I have had some bad experiencs with Home Depot in the past which has made me come to Lowes seeking better service and for the most part I have been getting better service at LOWE's.But recently I had a lot of trouble trying to purchase an entry door to be installed.     GE MoneyBank cancelled my account with Lowe's after a problem with J.C. Penney, which accounts it also manages. How unfair! My account with Lowe's is/was in very good standing and I've had a credit card with them for 10 or more years.     As a result of a change of address, from a rual route address to a 911 address, and confusion with the local post office occurring after the change, some of my mail was returned to sender unbeknowing to me.   • My Samsung Refrigerator Model RF265AABP/XAA



    My husband and I bought a Samsung Refrigerator 3 years ago from Lowe's. I love the refrigerator until March 2010. The freezer section froze up and to be defrosted manually. I called Rick's Appliance, a local repair company. The service tech came out and told the door to the freezer wasn't closed all the way and the freezer froze up, plus the icemaker ceased to make any ice.
