Lowes Fencing Install Harriman, TN 37748 - Lowe's Fencing

Starting over 6 weeks ago, I contacted Lowe's about doing a fence install at a second property that I own. The experience has been a nightmare. I was told that the fencing would be installed within a week. After paying in advance ($5000) for the install, I did not hear from a Lowe's representative. The contractor never showed up when supposed to. After calling Lowe's numerous times and going to the store to talk to a manager, the contractor finally showed up. The workers may show up one day and then not again for a week. No one ever bothers to call informing me of anything. The work has been poorly done and looks bad. Several times I have had to point out to the contractor mistakes being made on the fence, and one day I even helped install metal fencing. Lowe's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered with a major store. I will never use them again for anything, and I will not buy anything from Lowe's ever again.
