I purchased the best cabinets Lowes sells. I was told it would be a one, two day install. Two months (and many many problems and headaches) later the job was completed. The cabinets are beautiful, the problem lies with the Lowe's installers. It appears that Lowe's sends out installers on an rotation, meaning you might get a good one with experience or you might get a new one who doesn't know what they are doing as in my case. I have gone to corporate to get compensation for all the problems the installers created as the store manager was only concerned about the money lost on this job. Guess what.... it cost me much more than expected as well. Corporate Lowes has made a settlment with me, but no amount of money can bring back the joy of having a new kitchen. Now it is "Thank goodness its over".

I am having a similar problem. I am having tile installed in 3 areas of my home. I was told it was a 3 day installation. First day went smoothly. Second day installers found that Lowes sent the wrong tile for one of the rooms. They had it in stock but the only truck driver they have was out sick. He would deliver next day. Meanwhile installers said after day 3 they had another job and we were on our own. Three days passed and we are living in a dust bowl with a half finished job. Lowes has yet to contact us back..the manager..after we have called numerous times and went into the store. Fortunately the job is on our lowes credit card and we will stop payment if we don't hear by end of day what their plan is to complete the work. What has been done is a good job..we just want lowes to finish it now
