Tankless water heater - Tankless water heater installation

Paid for tankless water heater to be installed, set up date because the floor needed to done by Lowe's contractor also. The heater guy just said that can't be there and Lowe's can't do anything about it. I've been told to wait. The worst experience to deal with Lowe's. I won't step in Lowe's any more. Be careful to deal with Lowe's
