Picking up an order at Ft Payne Lowe's
Ft Payne Lowe's had a rather scanty supply of organizers and shelving so we placed an order. Called on a Mon. and they said pick it up anytime. It took almost an hour for it to be found. Our prepaid order had been stocked for sale. Consequently, by the time we loaded our small order, another business and our bank had closed. The guy responsible for the order, Trace, saundered off and let others unfamiliar with the order track down our materials.
