Lowes Kobalt electric push lawn mover won't start. - kobalt tools

Hi, my is Nido Luyanda and a couple of years ago I bought a Kobalt electric lawn mover (serial # KBS3451199). a week ago I tried to started it and it not only did not start, it kicked the power off. I called your customer service and they told to take it to Lowes . I did, but because I did not have the receipt they couldn't do anything for me. I did not buy it at the Lowes I took to (in Bartow FL 33830), I bought in Denver CO. What can I do to have this electrical problem solved?
