Kobalt tool warrantee??? - kobalt tools
I just returned a kobalt caulking gun. The tool slipped from day one, I finally got around to returning it. I got the biggest run-around ever.. do I still have the receipt? when did I buy it? its not under warrantee, Let me see your drivers license, Lowes card, to the Lowes customer service rep's credit, they gave me store credit. What happened to the no questions asked warrantee, Lowes advertises. I held up the line, got very embarrassed, Think its time to rethink purchasing Kobalt tools. I also had a (broken) Kobalt 3 blade "back cut saw" I planned to return but after the hassle to return the caulk gun I decided to research the warrantee before going further .. Sure enough its "no questions asked , lifetime warranteed" maybe not.. who knows I'm not going to try. Thanks Kobalt and Lowes
