Sears Terrible customer service
I called the Lowes in Renton, WA at the Landing to see what size boxes Lowes has to offer. Throughout this process, I was put on hold by the operator for 15 minutes. I ended up hanging up and calling back. The same operator picked up and said, "your department person is on the phone" and put me on hold as I was trying to ask her a question right after she picked up the phone. I was on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up again. I give Lowes a ton of buisness for my home imporvement business but I will avoid Lowes at all cost with this type of service. Hope you all have better luck and I'd avoid this Lowes.
