kobalt speed fit kit - kobalt tools

I bought the speed bit kit to make my woodworking easier. I didn't even use it and when I went to use the Allen tip on the chuck to change the tips it didn't fit. That's number 1. number 2 I didn't even use it two days and the little balls fell out of the chuck and no longer holds the bits from coming out.
I will never buy another kobalt brand product and I will certainly tell my friends and family about my experience with your product.
for a product to fail in that short amount of time to me says all It has to say about the quality of this company's product. I'm not even asking for any kind of warranty or replacement. Just needed to get this off my chest. My money doesn't come easy . maybe yours does.
