Do not buy any appliances from here, or even try to get any help from the "manager" in the appliance department. My wife and I did research found a Samsung washer and dryer set and we went here to buy them. The manager of appliances "Jeff" looked at us and just walked away without helping or even asking if we needed help. Another lady was near by and helped us, then Jeff comes back, 45 min after getting to this store we finally find out they have them in stock. They have signs everywhere saying next day delivery on major appliances. You would thing a new washer and dryer were considered major, but not here obviously. Almost a hour we sent here to find out it would be several days before we could get them delivered. I was already mad about being ignored several times. So we left without purchasing anything. Went less than a mile up the road and got the same washer and dryer from Home Depot and waited 2 days for delivery. The workers at Home Depot are MUCH MORE FRIENDLY AND QUICK TO HELP, UNLIKE THIS LOWES . Long story short go to Home Depot for appliances they gladly took my $1400.00....
