Lowes changed its policy, it does not honor the e Gift cards we bought from Raise.com - E gift cards
We bought e gift cards from Raise.com. worth of over $1,450. Now that Lowes just decide to change its policy and no longer honor these card. We went to Lowes store at Covina, the customer service lady (she is Head of Cashier) was able to verify the cards, she told me "money is there". But they are not able to get the money out.
Lowes customer paid money for these cards. The Lowes Gift cards specialist said "Lowes is not affiliated with Raise.com. you should go back to them". That is not right! The cards they sold is valid! The Lowes store VERIFIED it. Lowes Cooperate made it impossible for the customer using them!!
I emailed Customer Service, no one answered me. I chatted with Hanna on line, she told me the same thing.
THE FACT IS THAT THESE CARDS ARE VALID!! THERE ARE MONEY IN THERE. WHY LOWES can not honor these verified cards?????
